The Spa started as a very nice place but has deteriorated with time. I am not talking about large jackpots, at least smaller returns to keep it fun. I have talked to people playing in the casino and heard the same comments. Worst paying slots of any casino I ever visited.
I have experienced good and bad customer service food and rooms. I have been staying at Rincon for several years.
